Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you. Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover all return and replacement costs in full.
